My family spent last weekend on the James through your outfitter co. It was fabulous! the equipment and staff were all we hoped for. I thank you for a trip i will never forget. Also one i will take again soon!

WOW!!! Once again James River Runner provided a great day for us.The day could not have been much better than it was. The water was great,nice and clear.The weather was great as well. I am from Chesapeake,Va. A group of us from Deep Creek United Methodist Church have been coming for the past 6 years. Out of those 6 years 5 of them have been outstanding while the other had bad storms in the area and there was no trip due to lightning. I highly recommend the tubing trip at James River Runners. Thanks!

All your crew, WVIR-TV had one of the best company parties in a long time! I'm still getting comments from people on how much fun they had. I really appreciate the extra work you did for us to make us feel welcome and if I have anything to do with it......we will be back next summer! Thanks for a wonderful day today. As usual, I really enjoyed myself. I have come to be really proud to bring groups to Scottsville to experience the beauty of the James through James River Runners. You and your staff always handle everything so professionally and personally. You make me feel very welcome and you cater to us as if we are family. The group that I brought to you today had such a great time and were very complimentary of the idea and the hospitality. It makes me feel good to represent you to my friends, peers, and co-workers when you always come through. It was great seeing you again and I look forward to another trip before the summer is out. I just wanted to take a moment and THANK YOU for such a great time we had up there last weekend. I'm getting many calls and emails saying how much fun everybody had, and wanting to know when the next trip is!! The picture on the website is fantastic and I thank you for that as well. I make it a point to 'tube with JRR at least once each summer -- more times if at all possible. I first 'tubed & camped at JRR about six years ago with a friend who was already familiar w/ your setup. Now I've brought several more friends, who always tell me they'll definitely be back again as well. Your setup is so relaxing. I just pack a cooler, my suit & swim shoes & leave the rest to you. No juggling cars, coordinating drop off & pickup, patching & lugging tubes, blah, blah, blah. You guys do the driving & the work & we reap the sun & fun. Thanks for many great river memories!!

Our group came up for the Memorial Day w/e. We've always tubed before with groups anywhere from 16 to 30, but we couldn't tube because of the H20 levels being so high. It was our first time rafting. What a blast!!! We had perfect weather too on Saturday. We'd have come back on Sunday to do it again, but the weather stunk. We'll be back again to the Mountain House for a couple more trips this summer and you're certainly on the list. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!
